Highly recommend this company because they actually care about the customer. This review is more for them than the product but I am impressed with how a situation was handled, rare in today's world. Have done nothing with the carport but it appears to be built and designed well too. That's based on other similar products I have had in the past. UPDATE: Finally took a look at product and am disappointed that the pipe size listed at 1.5" is OUTSIDE DIAMETER and light walled pipe , unlike the one I already had which is INSIDE DIAMETER and heavy walled. This will not support much extra weight (snow) and survive. Be prepared to shore it up if you want it to. 2nd UPDATE; Put this up, added strength and the first 20+ mile per hr. wind took it down, total waste of money.
