Good product. Reliable. Only downside is this doesn’t expand if you need it a touch larger. Good rollers, very smooth.

Received my Hudson 20" today, this is my second bag from NinetyGO. This bag looks and feels very nice. The included bag inside the case is a nice touch. Would be good for shoes, ect.Have not had a chance to use the bag as it's just arrived, but it will have its work cut out for it as I travel 2-3 weeks a month.

Item was outstanding! Durable, firm, and strong. This case wont be threatened by luggage handlers tossing it around airport grounds haha! Also, arrived next day!

I was looking forward to this because it is the perfect size and was the only one I could find in these dimensions. But it was shipped in a box with no protective packaging whatsoever other than a plastic bag so no wonder it arrived with a broken wheel. Also begs the question of how durable the construction is and how it would hold up in travel.

First, I'll start by saying I've been looking for a suitcase for car travel - not air travel. As this 22" trunk/suitcase is much deeper than the airlines allow for carry on luggage, you'd have to check it were you to travel by plane. Again, however, not my intended purpose.I have a CPAP to pack and a Levoit mini air purifier that I take with me. Granted, the CPAP has its own carry case, but my goal was to fit everything in a single bag. By the time I get those in a regular 22" suitcase, it's almost impossible to close due to the shallowness. Those also take up so much room, there's not a lot of room for other stuff (like clothes). I've literally bought 6 suitcases in an attempt to find what I've been looking for. I kept a few, and I returned others. In order to have the storage capacity I need, I've had to go up to a 26" suitcase, which is too big for an overnight trip.I've been looking for a deep suitcase, and until now, I've not been able to find one. This is perfect! It holds my CPAP and the air purifier on one side, without taking up space on the other side when it's closed. There is still plenty of room left for clothes, a Dopp kit, etc. As I have no intention of air travel with it, it will be treated gently so I won't be able to comment much on durability. I can say, however, that if you're looking for something for weekend car trips that will hold a lot, this is the piece of luggage you need.

I got this 20” carry-on in white because it was a deal at $70. I was also considering other more expensive brands, and the Quince 20” carry-on. I decided on this one because I didn’t want to invest heavily in something I may only use a couple times per year. But I did want the durability of a polycarbonate frame and a lock. The tone of this white is actually much prettier and more cream-like in person than in the listing - so I was pleasantly surprised by how stylish it actually looks. I’ve been a budget backpacker my whole life, so this was my first-ever wheeled luggage purchase. With that said, the wheels were very smooth and the whole unit exceedingly pleasurable to use on my one-week vacation to Isla Mujeres. Even on uneven stamped concrete sidewalks and broken-up pavement, this luggage was easy to wheel. We walked 1.5 km over uneven terrain with it no problem. Likewise, packing it was a dream. The zippered side is incredibly useful and I fit so much stuff in here, packing for one week was no problem for me and some of my kid’s stuff. There are two surface zippered pockets that I used for flat things like masks, papers, and flat snacks that I appreciated. The quality of the stitching inside looks a little uneven and puckered, but otherwise the quality of this carry-on seems very good and the handle doesn’t have too much give. I used this as a true carry-on while flying AA and, along with my travel backpack as a personal item, I had zero issue getting it down the aisle and in/out of the overhead. It was so easy. While I can’t compare it to others or speak to its longevity, as someone who is generally very picky and aesthetically-sensitive, this carry-on was an absolute pleasure and joy to travel with, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it at this price point. We’ll see how it holds up.

While I am generally really happy with the case, I realised there was no side handle on the case despite it shown in the main images. This was one of my must haves for a carry on case, so may end up sending this back. A shame as it is a really nice case - seams/stitching covered; holds its shape when empty; nice sturdy wheels, top handle sits fairly flush, good space inside. The pull up handle doesnt slide as easily as I’d like but seems fairly sturdy otherwise. Decription for the smaller siz needs to clearly indicate it does not have a side handle.
