Worked perfectly right out of the box.Fit my Stanton ST8-60 and replaced the original cartridge seamlessly in seconds.I Adjusted the weight on tone arm and the cartridge/needle tracked perfectly without skipping.Seems to be of great quality construction.Very happy with purchase.
