We had a leaky faucet in our bathroom and finally realized we needed to replace the original cartridge from when the house was built. When we tried to get the old cartridge out, it seemed impossible. I searched on YouTube for a solution and found this cartridge remover was it. The cartridge remover worked just as described, and the old cartridge popped right out. Now we have the new cartridge in our faucet and no more leaky faucet. I recommend this cartridge remover.

Works as described to replace a MOEN cartridge. I used it on the Moen 1248B Two Handle Replacement Cartridge.

Good tool but the 'groove' that catches the existing stem could be a little deeper. I felt the tool slipped too easily and since the existing stems are plastic, someone could strip the stem and make it very hard, then, to remove. Otherwise, it worked well enough.

I needed to replace/install some Moen cartridges for new bathroom faucets. This puller is needed to back out the cartridge holder without damaging them.The T-Handle design is very important for cartridges that have been in there for 20+ years and stuck. Give you much better ability to pull hard enough to extract themThis should work for most standard Moen cartridges in your typical bathroom sink faucets.
