The low rating is not for the product itself, which is fine, but the description which states that this is "medium-hard" wax. It is in fact the softest wax sold by this brand, which it says right on the label. How hard can it be to properly represent a product you're selling when it literally says what it is on the package? If you're looking for a medium to hard wax, do not buy this.
