The touchless quit working in a matter of months, but replacing the battery fixed it. Then just months later, it seemed to work intermittently, which was very frustrating. It was just a matter of time before the touchless quit working altogether. Otherwise, the faucet itself is fine, it's just a shame the touchless wasn't good. If not for the touchless part, we likely would have chosen another faucet for our kitchen.

The faucet is lightweight and cute and works fine. The height is perfect and no leaks.The sensor was irritating so we disconnected it. Sometimes it worked well and sometimes not at all. Filling the sink with water required us to keep reminding it because it has an auto-shutoff, which could be a benefit.It took a few tries to make the handle stay put. Ours is chipped from falling off onto the quartz countertop. Make sure to tighten the set screw well.

I love this faucet! It was fairly easy to install. The touchless sensor did not work from the start. Then the light went out after a few months, so I changed the batteries to see if that would help. When I changed the batteries, the red wire came loose from the box. I emailed the company and they sent a new faucet head and battery box. Now everything is working fine. If any of the features don’t work, check those wire connections on the battery box. Customer service was quick to respond. Enjoying my faucet with all its features!

Nice looking faucet but there was a light in the pull down sprayer and it only lasted for a week, i got in touch with the manufacture and they were very helpful and sent me out a new spray head. that one lasted about a week too. Other than that it works fine.

the motion turn off/on feature is very inconsistent, must wave numerous times to get to turn on... frustrating... I wanted to dis harm that feature, called manufacturer, had to fill out a long form, no one to talk to. I just wanted to know if I could disable the motion on/ off feature, and just use the handle. I tried taking out batteries, tape over the motion window... nothing worked... too mush hassle, I will remove this and throw it in trash, ... have to buy another make/ model.

I love the hands free. It goes perfectly with my decor. Easy to install. Negative is that I had to get a male/female part to finish the install.

The tapis nice but you can only use it using the sensor function. I tried to get it to work without the motion sensor and it will not work.

I had an old Kohler white faucet in my white porcelain kitchen sink since 2003. The faucet finally wore out and it was very difficult to find a nice white faucet. I came across this Casainc and am glad I did. It was very easy to install. You do not need any special tools and the directions were clear. I love the switch from full stream to spray and the pull out handle is great for washing down the sides of the sink. It 's a matte white and just looks elegant. It has completely changed the appearance of my kitchen and I love this faucet! I've had the faucet now for around 6 months and no issues with it.
