Came in a regular envelope package broke in 100 pieces. No packaging to protect it. Came with no lid and no infuser. Never again.

Broken and incomplete!!!! No lids!! No infusers!! Broken!!! WTF!!! Was going to give these as gifts tomorrow!!!! I am so angry right now!!!

Very nice to use! I like the tea strainer a lot. It is a nice fine mesh. The mug is a nice materiel that microwaves easily. I haven't tried putting it in the dishwasher. It might do fine.. but I am happy to just rinse and dry it after use. Dishwasher detergent can be hard on any surface.
