The interior of the case has a thick padded foam lid, walls and two removable flat foam middle pieces to adjust the depth of foam protection as needed. Add or remove the flat foam layers to snugly hold your audio equipment in place or place over your turn table to keep accessories such as laptops, keyboards or cables. The adjustable foam inserts allow you to create the perfect depth needed to absorb shock from bumps and drops.

Measures 19" x 14" x 5" in external dimensions. Two heavy duty latches keep the case securely shut and the internal compartment is surrounded by 4 walls of more padded foam with a maximum usable space of 17.0” x 10.5”x 3.0”.
Airtight Waterproof Locking Seal
The case features two heavy-duty snapping latches that keep it securely closed at all times. The 2 latches firmly hold top and bottom together onto a waterproof O-ring that keeps your mobile soundboard protected from water, moisture and dust. The integrated pressure release valve releases air when changing altitudes and secures the airtight fit.

Based on the dimensions of this case I bought it not to hold a DJ Board but to hold my Laptop instead! Due to my job as a Professional Stage & Lighting Technician, Sound & Studio Engineer, Professional Audio-Visual Production Specialist and Musician I'm on the road a lot and need good protection for my gear!This DJ Controller Box is probably one of the best cases that I've seen on Amazon! The case is made of a Very Durable Thick Plastic! It also comes with Foam to help Protect your Gear! I actually have higher rated Foam that's a little more denser than the Foam included in this! I just don't like taking chances with my expensive gear! BTW the Foam that comes with this case is very nice and protective! I'm just Super OCD and always go Over The Top when I'm outfitting cases to carry my expensive gear!!The Latches on the case are very nice too! Again made of thick, durable & heavy duty plastic similar to what you'd find on a Pelican Case! There's also a Pressure Release Valve underneath the handle in case you're in an extreme environment going from one barometric pressure to another such as when you're flying.Anyhow I'm super pleased with this case and am rating it 5 Stars!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
