1. Place laptop in compartment
Your laptop will be surrounded by a mix of impact-absorbing foam types housed inside a crushproof, rugged plastic outer shell.
2. Cover with foam divider(s)
Each case includes four layers of impact-absorbing interior foam, allowing for a snug and protective fit for laptops of any depth or thickness.
3. Place accessories on top
Mice, power adapters, cables and accessories will be safely separated from your laptop and held secure between the foam inserts and convoluted foam.
4. Close and secure latches
The four-point latching system helps keep the case secured during travel and maintains a waterproof seal.

Shock-Absorbing, Dense Foam Interior
This case features a thick egg-crate foam top and includes 4 separate flat foam layers to adjust the depth of protection as needed. Add or remove the foam layers to hold your laptop in place, or place over the top of your laptop to keep accessories separate.

Waterproof & Airtight with Locking Seal
This case was designed with a waterproof O-ring liner that will keep your laptop fully protected from water, moisture and dust. An integrated pressure release valve allows for the release of air when changing altitudes.

This case is awesome for keeping my 15.6” gaming laptop safe! It’s super sturdy and feels like it could survive a drop. The foam inside is great for fitting my laptop, charger, and mouse perfectly. This case is a little larger than expected and easily fits 17.3 inch screen laptop and would probably fit at 18 in easily as well. Came with plenty of foam inserts to cushion the laptop and additional accessories you may want to put in with it. I am especially impressed with the quality of the materials it is built out of and the quality of the snaps that lock it shut. It is far better than the smaller version made by the same company and is equal to much more expensive pelican brand cases.

Sadly I returned this item due only to size of case. I wanted it to house my work computer and travel back and forth from work and home. I have amazing oversized bags mounted on my bike but this case was about 5” too big and I wasn’t able to secure it very well. So with regret I had to return it. Otherwise it was an outstanding case!!

The shell is made up of very thick plastic. The handle is sturdy and not at all flimsy. The 4 clamps are heavy duty and the seal is very tight. The hinges are very wide and are reinforced well. It comes with quite a few sheets of foam so you can provide ample protection to whatever you are putting inside of it.The case plus I standard laptop can make this a heavier carry but you're not buying this for transportability, you're buying it for protection.One last thing worth noting is that the case's hinges are only designed to open 90 degrees. The benefits of this is that it is convenient to open and close, the down side is that the hinges are most vulnerable to damage in the open position. You wouldn't have this if the case could happen to 180 degrees with both halves flush on a surface.

this is the best briefcase for a laptop... extra padding...if your laptop is up to 17.3 inch type you are good.. if you drop this don't worry..very strong. Waterproof by turning a small knob to tighten things up. This is just to secure your laptop...a bit heavy so be prepared. it is worth the money.. there are no keys. No locks..No inside pockets. Just foam. This is more for to tranfer your laptop from one place to another, sort of like a military grade box... good stuff

I bought this for my 17inch gaming laptop which fits perfect with cords and such as well. Super tough and water resistant i can bring it anywhere and not worry. Would recommend!

I got this to protect my laptop on my road trips. It's pretty awesome knowing that my laptop won't get scuffed, scratched, dinged, or damaged in any way (SSD drive btw) while going up and down mountains.The only downside, is that there is no room for the laptop charger. I have a slim brick, and it would only fit if I cut out some foam specifically for the power brick and cabling.Then there is the foam. This comes with a few foam inserts, which is great!! But you need to sandwich you laptop between a couple of those layers for optimal protection. But while doing that, you really have to try and close the case.Even with the drawbacks, I love this case because it excells at the one thing I need it to do: protect my laptop

I bought this case to carry my 17.5 inch laptop and it does exactly that along with all of its components and accessories. It certainly has ample cushioning inside and three removable cushion inserts so you can get just the right amount of cushion needed. It's got a rubber lining around the seal and four clamps so I believe it when they say it's water proof. It's also super rigid and would easily survive a tumble down the stairs. Really the only down side is that it's a little heavy, but it's built like a tank so that's to be expected.

Great case, enough room for a MacBook pro in a soft case charger and a tether cable. I’m pleased. I just wish it would stand up on its own, although it is safer that one always leaves the computer case laying down!
