When the register works, everything is great. The touchscreen option is very useful and the ability to build tabs and make custom items is great.However, the software experiences occasional errors that make it completely inoperable. I emailed the company’s support and they always respond within a day. They’ve always been able to remote in and fix the issue.Something to be wary of is that these registers are running on bootleg copies of Windows. As a result you cannot make updates to the system or run Windows Defender or Firewall. I copied backup files to a USB stick from one of the registers and when I plugged it into my computer it detected spyware. It’s possible that this is what is causing the software issues. I am only experiencing these issues with one register out of two so I’m not sure if I got a defective one.Giving 4 stars because support is responsive and was always able to fix the issue in a day and one of the registers works without any problems.

Very satisfied with the POS features. This machine helps me a lot with my customer & stock management.Anyone who wants to run a restaurant , can without hesitation to buy one from that brand.I love it

I dislike packaging, the accompanying manual does not meet my expectation. I suspect the product is second hand and I didn’t get my money’s worth. The product is pretty expensive so I was expecting a top notch product unfortunately the product packaging was not original manufacture package. I am really disappointed. I feel cheated
