The chest area would fit best on a very stocky buildThe belly band is just a few 6” pieces of Velcro on both sides. It’s so easy to remove- why in the world wouldn’t they do double closures here?The fabric is durable.

Primary thing is that this is the first blanket to not rub my mares front shoulder points/chest. So huge win. It’s also incredibly light. Like literally a pound, maybe 2. Besides where the Velcro is for the belly she doesn’t sweat under it even in this awful humid and hot Florida summer. I give it 4 stars because the rear buckles for the back leg straps are all ready getting difficult to use after only a month. Also, there’s a butt strap that I had to remove immediately. I guess for a gelding or stallion it would be fine, but a mare would pee directly on it if left attached to the blanket. Overall it hasn’t gotten any holes which is impressive since my mare is always rolling in dirt and itching herself on everything. So very durable, light weight, and good for hot/humid climates.

This has been the best fly sheet I've put on my filly. It's incredible lightweight and breathable. I love that the belly band is super adjustable and wide. On other flysheets I've used, the belly band has been too loose and not very adjustable, hanging too low to offer any protection. My horse is thankfully gentle with her blankets and does not have any issues with tearing them up. I could see rips and snags being an issue with this one since it is so lightweight. I would buy this again when my filly outgrows her current sheet.

This fly sheet has been a game changer for my horse. Love how the stomach strap can be adjusted to fit totally snug to keep the flies out. The only thing I would change is the hooks on the leg straps need to be larger.
