This is super heavyweight so it's gonna get screaming hot because it's cast-iron not then but thick it cooks great and easy to clean

This is what the “non-stick” griddle looked like after frying eggs in a small amount of oil. The eggs were pretty much destroyed in trying to get them off the griddle. This is really false advertising. Non-stick in pans generally refers to cookware coated with PTFE and means one needs absolutely no oil. Since PTFE can’t be used in high temperatures it wouldn’t be practical for a griddle but I was taken in by this being advertised as non-stick. The grill is just great otherwise and the original grill plate can be wiped nearly clean with paper towels after cooking any type of meat. This is not even going to be easy to clean, but requires soaking.
