I hear about the intense cleaning that can come with cast iron I always feel like it was to much.This kit changed my opinion. Works perfectly for cleaning cash iron. The scrapers do a great job at getting in between the cracks on the griddle and the chain mill and brush. Do a fantastic job cleaning up the rest.

The Cast Iron Cleaner Kit is a nice little starter kit for cleaning your cast iron skillet. I have tried to clean my skillet with many different types of tools, always being weary of scratching the cast iron. None of the tools I have used were amazing but they did get the job done.I like this kit because it gives you a heat resistant handle which is perfect for cleaning the cast iron as it needs to be HOT. the scrapers are very sturdy and plastic, so no need to worry about scratching. The brush has minimal benefits, I have yet to use it.Overall this is a nice kit to get started.
