Was concerned that it would not be cast iron like last one I tried to order but very pleased that is. Love it. Makes using wok way better. Highly recommend if your in need of such. Did realize it didn’t fit our grate ? But simply took it off works great

Excellent for holding smaller pots. Used on propane burner. Holding up against outdoor environment in covered porch area despite being iron. Even with no movement when in place due to notches. Recommend if needed.

The wok ring is sturdy and well built. It fits perfectly over my single burner butane stove. I have an electric ceramic/glass top stove and the wok is no bueno on top of it. The butane stove is much better for the wok and with the wok ring it is a perfect fit. Looks like i actually know what I'm doing.
