Didn't come with the canvas. Huge disappointment. And the number for costumer support didn't work.

I bought this in July to use when working from home. A few weeks after, I returned to my office part-time. So since July, I have sat on this chair around once a week. All in all, I've probably sat on it around 30 times in total. On 11/13, in the middle of the work day, I sat down and heard a loud crack. The leg snapped in two.I'm so disappointed that I spent all that money for something that lasted such a short time, and even more disappointed that I now have nothing to sit on again.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my step dad. He is literally 150lbs wet. In less than one day the back right arm snapped. Not happy!! Not fixable or gluable.

1 chair arm came loose - glue took care of it. Also, had to file some of the slots the cloth slips into, there were splinters in them. However, they look good, are comfortable, and seem to be made of good solid wood. Arrived quickly - no problems with the order.

One of the cross legs was broken. It appears as though a hole was put in the wrong place and was filled. This caused a weak point right where the bracket goes. The supplier did credit my credit card and I just threw it out.
