I bought two of these…7 months later and one back wooden post broke where It attaches to the chair. Not a good thing as these were rarely used and neither Amazon nor the company will refund it.

The quality is amazing. You can tell, the people who make these really take their time and do a really good job. Even the feet have protectors for the floor. The instructions don’t clearly state this, but you have to put the cloth pieces on before putting the foot rest. Might seem obvious, but I did it backwards. I put two pictures to show the comparison on the real one to the virtual image, and it’s pretty close! 100% satisfied with this chair. Exceeded my expectations.
