I have a 6 year old pug who is about 4lbs overweight, so partially I like this bowl set, because it helps us to keep the food portions down. But, I’m finding that I need to refill her water bowl twice a day, where as before, when we had a larger water bowl (I dropped it and it smashed 😭) I’d change her water every other day, because the water would be dirty, but she still had plenty of water in the bowl. So I’m not sure if that’s a good thing or not, maybe she’s just drinking more water? And at least it’s getting changed more frequently. But that being said, if you have a larger dog, this might not be big enough to sustain them.Might be better for a cat, however.
