Much smaller than expected. Our cats are medium sized, but the wheel is too small for them. They can get in it, but it’s too small of a diameter for them to really run. They just sleep in it now. Ha ha ha.GET THE BIGGEST SIZE POSSIBLE!

It is a really nice treadmill. The materials are wood and very nicely made. Be warned however, this comes completely disassembled. Took me about an hour to put together. Not difficult. The pieces are cut really well and fit together nicely. Take your time when doing this. A drill driver with a Phillips head will help a lot.

Had the wheel just under 90 days. Edith and I are confused what happened. It came apart, while she was running, with the screws still intact.

La roue est de bonne grandeur et robuste mais le bruit est très fort. Alors si la roue est dans le salon ne vous attendez pas à entendre votre télévision. Et quand les chats sont actifs la nuits cela nous réveil.

Was simple to assemble and runs great. Fits perfectly in a corner space. Just wish my cats used it for exercise and not a bed lol

Took about 1hr 10 mins to assemble. Once you see how 1/4 of the ring goes together then it gets easy.A VERY well-engineered product and great value for the cost. Comes with spare screws plates and even a screwdriver. Assembly instructions are very clearHighly recommend this cat toy

This item is produced by a skilled craftsman! You can see the care and engineering that went into the design, and in how easily each piece slots together. You can also see that it's produced by a smaller company, as there are hand-made parts stickers, etc. The wood is finish grade plywood (approx 1/2"). The base comes fully assembled, and the wheel comes in 4 pieces with easy to follow instructions for assembly. All you need is a power driver/screw driver. Assembly took us about 5 minutes.Definitely worth the money.

I thought this would be a good investment in trying to get our cats more active, but it has become more trouble than it's worth to me. It doesn't seem like a natural thing that cats would just use it one their own, and in my case, they don't. Only one of the four cats even go inside it, and not the one I was hoping would use it. The rest tried once, didn't like the unexpected movement, and won't go near it. I got a toy with feathers on the end and a laser pointer to try to encourage the one cat that will go inside of it to run around the wheel. He will do it for a couple of rounds, get bored with trying to catch the toy/laser dot, then go on to something else. He will not use it to exercise on his own. Now, for the most part, it's just an expensive exercise bed that takes up quite a bit of room for the one cat.If your cat will use it and you put in a lot of time to train your cat to use, I'm sure it's a good investment, but it just did not work out for me. It's easy to put together, moves smoothly, has a handy piece on the base you can use to lock the wheel in place (I guess that is good if your cat actually uses it and you don't want them to wake you up at night while they're exercising), and is sturdy. The wood is not finished, but it still looks nice.

Very well made item, my fur kids will like be it I’m sure once they get past their own scaredy-cat ways lol they both show interest, but only one has been on it, the other one just rolls it with his paw so far, positive they’ll get it and be on it in no time thanks so much

I must change my original review. My cats started getting into it, but would get their feet caught in the gap and eventually I found blood, not sure if it’s from the rough wood ends or from the gap. Not good. Not sure I’m going to use this after today. This wheel came broken, which not sure how, it was well packed and double boxed and the box was not damaged.I used the remaining screws to screw down the carpet so my cats done rip it up. The carpet is unraveling after 24 hoursLike I said, I couldn’t find the directions, but it wasn’t hard to figure out.It is sturdy and not real quiet. Once my cats catch on my downstairs neighbors will not be happy.I ordered the large, which by all means is not large. So if you have dogs or bigger cats, this wheel is not for you.I’m hoping my cats catch on and this doesn’t just become a scratching post.

Made of cheap plywood that smells of chemicals and a carpet that came frayed. I could ignore the wood, but the strings coming off the carpet are dangerous for cats and could lead to expensive surgeries.
