I love the picture & seems well made so far. But it does NOT glow in the dark. I tried leaving it in the sun all day, then under a lamp for 24hrs. Then I installed it & left the ceiling light on for day. So it was under alotta light for long periods. I tried putting it under light for way less time before I tried long periods of light. It doesn't glow in the dark.Also, the pic is only 1 sided. The backside is flat silver. I think people miss that part in the info. Many of their products that are 1 sided will show a side view picture so you can tell easily. This one doesn't show such a picture.The price is OK compared to other decorative chain pulls, except when it says it glows in the dark but doesn't. That expectation is why I gave less stars to the "value for money" rating & 1 less star overall.

Better pendant than fan pull. But, will glow in the dark if fully exposed to sunlight. So, I used it for a pull on my closet light. I enjoying seeing it every time I open my closet door, but, I will be putting it on a cord for a pendant.PS: Friends loved my necklace!!! Ordering two more fan pulls!!!

Ok if you want pull chain of a cat image, but for glow purposes, the glow part is too faint or non-existent.

I am a cat lover and I bought the Fan Pull for myself and as a gift for my sister. I particularly like the profile of the cat which is realistic and not cartoonish. The image appears to be in 3 D because of the curved clear face of the pendant. The appearance is further enhanced when it glows in the dark. It is obvious that I am very taken with the appearance of a simple Fan/Light Pull Pendant but it is always nice to admire the look of functional object. This pendant is well made and easy to install. Both my sister and I are delighted with purchase and recommend it to cat lovers as well anyone looking for simple but attractive Fan Pull Pendant.

I love cats and wanted to buy a glow in the dark pull chain for my bedroom. Took a couple of weeks to receive it which it said in the ad, so that was OK. Was very disappointed in the amount of glow that came from it. Put it in the sun for a couple of days, then put it under light for a day and still not much glow. Finally figured out that the cat was really to big for the pull itself, so, buyer beware and check to see how much glow you actually see before you buy.
