Used these on my 5 lb yorkie. The noise from normal dog nail clippers was too loud. These are perfect. I'm able to get in close to get her dew claws too.

My cat had an ingrown claw into her toe pad. We needed trimmers that would be thin, sharp, and have enough of a curve that we could safely work around the claw without harming her toe pad. After looking at many, many other options, I went with these. They worked really well! They are very sharp and easy to use. They don’t have a spring or anything, but I feel this actually gives you more control for those delicate situations.

I was skeptical when I ordered these clippers. But after purchasing many types of clippers, I was willing to try. I thought I would be only using them on my cats, because they seem so light and flimsy. But they are very sharp. I have a dog with dew claws that curl into almost a circle. They are very difficult to get other clippers aroung the claw without pinching their toes. I was amazed they clipped the thick nail with ease and my dog never even flinched. I hope they continue to stay sharp. I'm very impressed.

These clippers arrived just in time for my cats next trim. As in indoor cat, she has razor sharp claws that grow very fast, and I can hear her getting stuck in the carpet when she walks. With regular nail clippers, she would only tolerate the first one or two nails being trimmed, then would become squirrely and put up a fight. She likes these much better, and the trim happens much more quickly. They fit well in my hands and the blades right now are very sharp.
