The pump is clearly a well built pump. The only issue I have is it is clearly too much pump to run off a Honda GX390 like the reviews said. Even when I changed the pulley ratio up to a 2:1 the motor simply does not have enough HP to work the pump at it’s full pressure capability. Yes it will turn and move some water....but you have to turn the unloader down to about 2000psi otherwise your machine will be behind the power curve and bogg down and shake like all getout.
