I'm glad I ordered this film protector for our dining room bench. Our fabric dining room bench had become a target for our cat's scratching, but ever since I installed this film, she has stopped bothering it. I appreciate that it's a clear film, allowing me to still see the actual fabric of my bench; however, the reflections do somewhat give it away. While I would prefer not to have the film on it, under the circumstances, this is likely the best solution for protecting the bench and it's doing its job perfectly.

I had already used a product like this on my couch and it worked wonders. I was so excited to receive this package when it arrived. My cats think the ottoman is their personal scratching post. I simply removed the paper backing and unrolled the thick protective film and smoothed it out over my furniture. Now the cats will need to use their cat tree instead.

I got this because my dog keeps scratching at my bedroom door and I was afraid he'd destroy the wood. This worked pretty well on helping to prevent damage and goes on pretty easy. Just 2ish it were thicker.

The damage had already begun on my sofa when I got this Cat Scratch Furniture Protector from Yureshmull. It's a nice size roll at 118"x15.7". So far I've only needed it on the end of my sofa but I'm happy to know my cats won't destroy the rest of that corner. It kinda helps put those lose bits back in place in the area they've had their fun with. This heavy-duty, flexible polyvinyl chloride plastic covering has pretty good adhesion and the cats don't seem to care for how it feels or the lack of satisfaction of not being able to get to the actual fabric. Although the product descriptions says do not use over velvet (my sofa is velour so 🤷🏼♀️), but since I felt like I have nothing to lose, I carefully crafted a piece over the affected area. The only drawback is that the covering is noticeable, likely because that sofa is in a room with a bunch of windows and light. Still it looks better than before and the kitties have lost interest (for now 🤪).

These were effective in making my cat not want to scratch the corners of my mattress anymore. BUT i hate how they tend to come off the material easily, so i'm constantly having to re-attach it or push it back onto my bed sheets. I have to alter the size to be thinner to my mattress-- even though my mattress itself is over 12 inches. i tried to snip the corners to not stick out when bending, but it didn't help too much. I will give it credit for being pretty thick and durable, but maybe the adhesive effectiveness just doesn't work for me.
