Our carrier coating process flow needs to go through multiple links. First, strict preparation work is carried out on the carrier, and then a specific coating technique is used to evenly cover the material on the carrier.
We have multiple steps including packaging, spinning, laser, stamping, pipe cutting, and bending. Each step has undergone strict control and operation to ensure the quality and performance of the final product.
We adopt advanced welding technology and strictly control temperature, time, and welding strength to ensure welding quality. At the same time, we have our own mold processing center, which can be flexibly adjusted according to customer needs.
Our machine packaging process is operated by machines. Finally, the packaged three-way catalytic converter will be properly stored in the designated area and ready to be delivered to customers at any time.

I have a honda 2010 CRV and bought several Catalytic converters. But this one fits perfectly, because it needs a 2 inch pipe which I could find with this product.

Needed a new cat for out 03 Honda CRV with K24a AWD Auto. This fit perfectly into the spot. All hardware was included plus gaskets.When you first start the car up to warm it up this will produce some nasty smells as it begins to break in and start to work properly. The Smell continued to keep producing for awhile after driving, and after a few days of random driving it no longer smells.All coded related to the Cat not working properly were fixed with this part. O2 sensor bungs are in correct locations and also come with block offs if you are tunes to run w/o O2 sensors.

No issues at all. All the bolts lined up and screwed in perfectly. Not sure what problems other people had but my boots were good to go! Has a funky smell after you first start it just like any new exhaust component you first put on. No more cat codes and better MPG!

This was installed in a 2002 Honda CRV and it fit pretty well with only minor adjustments. Only issue is that the bolts that mount the converter to the header are the wrong diameter and are too large. Fortunately the original ones were still usable so I installed those
