I bought this mouse for my cat who likes to chew on thin wires and cords (especially rubber-coated computer cords...which she chews through). I needed something for her to chew on that she couldn't chew in half as well as something that she would want to chew. This mouse with an extra long tail is perfect. It is made of durable wool that does not fall apart even when played with roughly. Even more important, my kitty loves it! She carries the mouse everywhere with her (in her mouth) like a baby. So cute. The bright colors--red, yellow, orange, and green--add to its charm.

These are some of my FAVORITE toys for my bengals! If you aren't familiar with the breed, they are super intelligent cats who need a lot of mental stimulation and attention; if you don't give it to them, they will find things to get into (usually expensive things *sobs*). Both of my bengals -- especially my 3 year old -- are chewers, so all blankets, pet beds, and most toys have to be wool. I can't have typical toys with all of these other bells and whistles (literally or figuratively) because it's a health hazard and safety issue.Seriously, thank god for these toys! They are safe for my chewers and really stand up to their biting and rough play. It is so brilliant to have a mouse toy with such a long tail because it's like having a stick toy with a string, but it's all one piece and everything is safe to chew and play with! Because it's so long, too, multiple cats can play with the toy at the same time. I've already bought two of these so I have more than one on hand, and I plan to buy more because I never want to be without these!

I'm slowly introducing a kitten to a giant senior cat, and this toy has been great for that. Even with ten toys in the room, they only want to play with the same toy as the other cat, which usually ends in a very uneven wrestling match. This toy is so long that I can distract one cat with the mouse and the other cat with the end of the tail. The kitten also likes to chase the toy around the house as I run while trailing it behind me.I also just generally like how wholesome and real this is, with the handmade wool. I think it will last a long time.

The mouse and it's long tail are very well made and attractive. My cat has played with it a bit, but not much. However my cat is older. I think This product would be especially attractive for younger cats and kittens.

One month in and it is still a daily favorite . The tail does start to fall apart …..but it is a wool toy that is being played with by cats ….They love it like it has cat nip . Bought one for my son’s cats and they love it too . So worth it .
