Het pakket is zeer compleet aan tools en hulpmiddelen. De uitleg is nauwelijks aanwezig, behalve voorbeeldplaten om uit te snijden. Er staat niks over droogtijden en ook de vernis is veel te weinig. De vazen zijn niet te maken door de klei die te slap is en blijft. Dus leuk idee de voorbeelden, maar vazen niet haalbaar.

The Pottery Set / Kit included everything to get started. This includes clay, instructions/templates, a nice set of paints, tools, and gloss/glaze.As most people do not have a pottery wheel or kiln at home, this is a fun way to try clay pottery without investing a lot into a full pottery setup.The clay is ready to go out of the bag, and the individual bags can be re-sealed. The clay has a similar but not exact feel to standard pottery clay. After forming the clay and allowing to dry, I did find some cracking. I would not suggest this set for advanced users, but for simple projects - the cracks can be filled in and allowed to dry.After drying, your projects can be painted and / or have the clear gloss applied.As a bonus, the paint and other tools will come in handy for other projects.

I ordered this kit to give my nieces something fun to do when they visit. The kit includes everything needed to make air dry clay, clay, tools, paints and instructions. We haven’t used it yet, so I can’t comment on whether the clay cracks when it dries (most do to some extent), but the clay and all the supplies seem nice and easy to use. The box it came in was pretty beat up, though, and would not be suitable for gifting.
