These items are delicate electronic devices and they were actually shipped loose in a box. Most of the pin connectors were bent and I am unsure they will work during first install.

Not very well packed. Had to straighten pins out on most of them. Havent had any bad motors or any fail.

These are the best steppers in the market, no new news there. 1 knocked off a star because the packaging isn’t great, some of the prongs came in bent which is no big deal but does slow down the process of installation.
