Did not come with any of the mentioned gaskets, power steering belt was wrong type and came with an extra pulley that did not go to anything. The tool the is supposed to be included was also missing.

As long as this timing belt lasts 60k miles as intended this kit is incredible for the price. I bought my mom a used car and Kia are known as disposable, and the reason why is the timing belt are only rated for 60k miles. To top it off, no one just does timing belts as preventative maintenance though they really should. The engines break the pistons and total the engine if the timing belt breaks or slips. Essentially totaling the car in most cases. As like most used cars, we received no maintenance records and it was just at 100k miles. 40k past the intended first replacement. I called the dealer.and provided them with the vin and found out it had never visited the dealership since the day it was bought. That being said it was clear that, at least the original owner had maintained the car well but I don't know about the in-between owner. I decided to replace the belt, amd with that knew I would want to do basically exactly every part this kit included. All of the parts fot perfectly and work. I only used one of the main seals, which was the one behind the crank pulley. There was no reason to access any of the other points on the car for the other seals. The seal wrinkled one of the lips and I had to take special care to straighten it and get it in its place. It dripped tiny bit of oil at first but once it reached running temp it sealed itself off. It was probably my fault for not lubing it well enough before attempting installation and it actually sealed off even after being slightly damaged. All in all as long as this belt lasts as long as OEM,.its a great value and includes everything you would need for this project plus extras that just are nice to change while you have it taken apart as preventative maintenance. So to all you kia and hyundai owners, Change your timing belt of you don't know of its been changed or your engine could be running perfect one moment and self destruct the next.
