I was able to get this CDI to work with a 2008 Rover GT by routing the light blue wire to a toggle switch, which grounds it when the engine is running. Turning the switch off kills the engine, it will not shut off with the key in this configuration. Wire connectors are all the same as the Rover. Very happy as these are impossible to find for the Rover.

Quick shipping, eton viper 90r would run but not shift before buying this. Plugged it up, did a shift learn and away it drove.
