Works well, had to heat the speaker casing with a heat gun and push it out a few millimeters to clear the little tabs on the tweeter to screw it in and provide a bit of clearance. Just heat and massage the casing from the inside with a small, smooth metal sledgehammer or similar tool. I replaced tweeters in a pair of Alto TS312.
