Wow, what a difference! I had no signal inside my house on my iPhone and only 2 bars of signal standing on my front porch. After I installed the unit, I now have 2-3 steady bars up to 5 bars with clear weather. I absolutely recommend this unit, it automatically searches for available uplink/download bands from my local cell tower. I live in a very rural area, but I have a cell tower 1.5 miles from my home. Just install the exterior antenna above your roof line pointing at the cell tower, install the interior receiver and booster antenna 40+ feet away from the exterior antenna and you are in business. I also have a metal roof which was blocking my signal before I installed this unit.DO YOUR RESEARCH before you purchase, the previous product I bought only allowed one bandwidth from my cell provider which was not the bandwidth broadcast from my local network provider. This unit searches multiple bandwidths.

The signal in my basement has always been very poor, and the phone calls are often intermittent. I installed this mobile phone signal booster last month! I used to have only one bar of signal, but now it is full, and video calls are also smooth without lag. It's worth it!

Doing better than I expect, as currently I am with a small cellphone plan company, still see a cellular signal strength improvement. Installation is reasonably easy, however, for a house it may take a while to figure out which place/direction to get the best performance.
