I was super scared to order this because I have a Pitt Bull who’s short. But it works perfect!!! No tools needed for assembly and it came with a non slip mat! And it’s definitely water proof ☺️!

Our dog has a habit of taking his food from the bowl and carrying it over to the stairs to eat it off of the steps. For the longest time I considered getting him a raised bowl, just to see if it was the platform he liked, or if he just doesn't like staying at his bowl, but never got around to it. When I saw this one, I decided, heck, why not?I will be honest, I didn't have high expectations when I ordered it. I thought it would be paper-laminated MDF to look like regular wood, maybe be super cheaply made and flimsy. I was VERY wrong! The base is solid with holes carved into it to fit the bowls. The bowls themselves are really nice, dense ceramic, and come with rubber dampening pads already installed. They provide extras in case any fall off, which I love, and did not expect (though I recognize that doesn't mean much since I didn't have high expectations in the first place, but I genuinely don't see that often.) The bowls are very deep, which I love, especially when it comes to water. It easily doubled the capacity for water, and the depth makes it harder for him to spill his kibble everywhere when he's taking his lunch to-go. The legs come with grips pre-installed, and there are no screws or hardware required, just slot them in and set it where you want it!I also have to praise the packaging job. Everything was very well padded and organized, and another touch I didn't expect was for the manual to be laminated. I honestly think this is the first time I've ever seen that, and genuinely, I appreciate the extra mile they went to package and present everything the best it could be. I also love that a mat was provided; we'd been using an old plastic boot tray that was a pain to clean and just looked like trash. The mat being silicone will make it very easy to clean, and super simple to move around when needed. The literal only "gripe" I have is that at the highest setting, it doesn't seem like it'd be super stable. The depth of the base does provide support, but if it's somewhere out in the open where people might be able to bump into it as theyt walk by, it seems like it would be easy to - maybe not knock it over completely, but definitely damage it or unbalance it at the very least. I think a support bar would be a nice addition even if only for redundancy; maybe lincoln-log style? It is a VERY minor thing, genuinely, and I'm not knocking points for it because it is exactly what is advertised and exceeds my expectations. I may drop the height down to the medium setting just to see if he likes that better, which I expect will be much sturdier given the shorter height and larger support area. But don't get me wrong, this isn't flimsy and I expect it'll be just fine set up like this indefinitely.I would absolutely recommend this and wouldn't hesitate to buy another if the need arises. I am VERY happy with this product.

Value Rating: 4/5 stars – This is a stylish, well-built elevated dog bowl setup, but it loses a point because the ceramic bowls are too deep for larger breeds. Even with the 20% coupon, I still think it’s a bit pricey.Specifications:• Includes 2 ceramic bowls (50oz / 1.5L capacity)• 3 height adjustments: 4.5”, 10.9”, and 13.9”• Solid wood frame with non-slip mat• Bowls are dishwasher-safe and microwave-safeKey Points:This is honestly one of the nicest looking elevated dog bowl stands I’ve seen. It’s got a cool handcrafted vibe with the natural wood grain, and I love that it comes with real ceramic bowls—not plastic or stainless steel. The adjustable height setup is also clever and sturdy, and I appreciate that you don’t need tools to change the height. The only problem? The bowls are too deep, especially for bigger dogs. They’re very tall and narrow, which makes it awkward for dogs with long or wide snouts to eat comfortably. Even though the height is adjustable, the bowl depth kind of defeats the point if your dog has to fish around to reach the bottom. I really wouldn’t recommend it for something like a German Shepherd (like my larger Queensland mix) It’s better suited for medium dogs (like my smaller Queensland mix) .Final Thoughts:If you’ve got a medium-sized dog and you want something both functional and pretty, this is a great option. But for large dogs, especially breeds with bigger heads and longer snouts, I’d skip this and find something with wider, shallower bowls.

The bowls are perfect for my dog (14” tall, 3 years old) but may not be suitable for large dogs. Rich, sturdy wood. Right now using it without legs and it stays in place; may try with legs as she gets used to it.
