This should be called a gravy cup instead of a gravy boat! It was very lovely and well crafted but unfortunately too small for my needs so I had to return it. The photo shows it sitting next to a 14 oz coffee cup. I wish it was available in a larger size.

This gravy boat is so small that it looked like something from a child’s dinnerware set. It would only hold enough gravy for one person. It’s not at all what I was looking for so I sent it back.

The picture does not have any sense of scale. I didn't know what 8oz looks like. I found out a jar of gravy is 16oz. This item is too small to use as a gravy boat. You could use it for drawn butter or salad dressing but little else.
