These are great storage for all sorts of things and I love the lids that close perfectly atop of them. The material is premium feeling and they’re easy to stack and store when not in use. When I worked at a vet, we used these pans exclusively for litter pans since they were always easy to clean and these pans are identical to those.

I was disappointed with how thin these pans are. I have never worked with pans like this that can be dented and bent so easily. I would not recommend these pans for use in a high-volume kitchen. It was nice that they came with the lid, but there was a film on the pans and lids. I have never seen anything like this, and it was difficult to remove. These pans also easily get stuck together when stacked. I personally will use them for holding raw meat at home. Then with the lids, I could stack them in my fridge at home. I will not use them at the restaurant where I work.
