The hanger fits my 2015 Cervelo S3 well. Comes with 2 sets of little screws, 2 slightly longer than the others (longer ones were the same size as original). The screws however are almost not useable; the hex feature is not deep enough so the allen key barely engages in it. I had to reuse my original screws.

Just couldn't line up the holes and get the screws through. After fidgeting with it, I got out my finger nail kit and scraped and filed some of th carbon fiber frame so that it could line up.
