This pillow is really comfortable. I have recommended to others and they loved it as well. It’s really soft and good height. Nice shape and size and thickness. Just perfect.

I had a pinch nerve in my neck and this pillow helped tremendously. It keeps me from sleeping wrong on my neck.

Don’t really under the place for arms .. to small but seems to be helping neck .. need to stay on back ..

This pillow is so amazing, the first night I used it I was startled awake at 2am by the sound of a screeching cat. Why was she screeching? Because I bit down on her paw, HARD, of course. We have concluded she was checking for signs of life because I was sleeping so deeply, putting her paw over my mouth and nose to check for airflow, and in my dream I was being pestered by a person who wouldn’t get out of my face, causing me to fight back by - you guessed it — biting them. So now I know what it would feel like to bite down on a precious little kitteh paw, and my cat had learned a valuable lesson about personal space, which she also has promptly forgotten because she still sleeps on my head…she just avoids the lower half of my face.Also, it fits into a normal pillow case so you don’t need to worry about getting a specifically shaped one.And clinically speaking, my chiropractic adjustment was much less “crackly” after using this pillow for a a few days. Highly recommend.

For years I have suffered waking up with a stiff neck and headache. I could not find a pillow that would provide the proper support and alinement for my head and neck. This pillow actually holds your head in the correct anatomical position and finally I not only get a good restful sleep, but my neck pain is gone! I don't normally write reviews, but I'm making an exception for this pillow. There are others out there, but they don't hold their shape and this one does. I still can't sleep on my belly, but for side and back sleepers it's perfect. My chiropractor is going to be so disappointed!

I pulled a muscle in the right side of my neck that extended down my back a little. I tried using one of those electric shock devices but it didn't do much good. I bought this pillow and it seems to have helped a lot with my sleeping. I sleep on my back (most beneficial) and my sides (not as good) but at least I'm able to sleep all night without neck pain. Once I do get up sometimes the pain returns but it's seems to be getting better. I've used it for 8 days now.

I was in search of a better pillow to help alleviate my constant neck pain and sleeping problems. This pillow has helped lessen my neck pain and I have noticed I reach a deeper sleep, more times than before, each night. I recommend this pillow to my sister and her husband and bought one for my Mom; all four of us love this pillow and have better nights. Deserves 5 stars!
