Worked well. I gave it four stars because it seems a Little hard at first, but after a Little use it softens up with time. The cover is nice and does not feel cheap.

It gave me headaches because the foam was too hard for my neck so it gave me tons of headaches every time I used it

My chiropractor recently asked me to start laying on a rolled towel everyday to help stretch my military neck. I wanted a pillow instead so I ordered three different types. I had a feeling this would be the one to work and I was right. It's the perfect height for my petite neck. The memory foam is dense and firm so that even though it molds to my neck, I don't sink in, and offers support without undue pressure. It takes a few days for it to regain its proper shape so you'll have to be patient about that. I suggest simply unzipping the zipper of the cover without removing it to help the foam plump back up fully (mine had a crease on the inside from packaging/airsealing). Overall an excellent buy for my needs!

Works great for me. Yes it’s hard but memory foam gives so your neck sinks enough to support the cervical spine- the main purpose of this item. Would work under knees if a person only need small roll but I prefer larger. Great neck/ head support while back sleeping but I toss it and switch pillow for side positions. Size is perfect for me and keeps its shape after use. Definitely worth the $10 I paid!

Item comes shrink wrapped. It seemed that if I opened it and wasn’t happy I wouldn’t be able to return it. Returned it unopened.

I don’t know who designed the package but the tube was bent in half and now there a smushed spot right in the middle where I need support. Very disappointing. Not gonna help me where I need it so no I won’t buy this brand again.
