Much MUCH too high without ability to lower. Anatomically- this is a terrible design flaw.I liked were the ear holes were, of it was 2+" lower, I might be able to reassess. As is, caused excruciating pain.If this pillow works for you, you have seriously pronated cervical issues. (I'm an ortho therapist with an educated opinion.)

The pillow is massive you could most likely fit two heads in it. I had high hopes but after using it my neck and back hurt guess I’ll have to keep searching.

The pillow was great on my neck I had several neck pain for weeks maybe even months and I never slept so good it took a minute to adjust, but so worth it

I am 5ft and I found this pillow to be perfect. There is no ear pressure. Since there is less pressure on the face, it has some anti-wrinkle properties.Sadly, I have helix piercings. They do not like to be touched. I wish the hole designs were a little bigger. If I didn't have these piercings, this would be my pillow! It's perfect for any sleeping positions.
