These files appear to be well made and come as a kit wrapped in heavy oxford nylon. They include two each of the common chain file sizes--5/32, 3/16,and 7/32. They appear to be straight and not out of round, have a nice cutting burr edge, with a file handle and a flat file to remove burrs. There is also a sharpening guide that for some very odd reason is cut to 0.35 angle rather than the 0.30 angle which is most common. There is also a little plastic piece with pre-drilled holes and slots to help determine the file sizes, and mine did not have excess plastic on the hole edges. . I couldn't test them here because one of my saws here is new and the other has a recently sharpened chain. The quality looks good and the price is right and this is nice little set. The only thing I might add is that I'd rather have three each of 3/16 and 7/32, as I am loaded with 5/16 files. I recommend this little handy sharpening kit, but add that this is tentative because I haven't tested them on a real chain yet. I've got five chainsaws in my wilderness cabin and sharpen them frequently. And these files LOOK good.

Probably ok for an inexpensive kit. Flat file arrived with a small amount of rust (oil seemed to mostly resolve). Wood handle has a round hole to accept square file handles & drilled off center and at a slight angle. Round files are not labeled as to the size. Plastic multi-depth gauge seems pretty useless since none of the edges are smooth and clean (no photo since I attempted to clean up the edges with a blade already). That said, the case, files, channel cleaning tool, metal depth gauge and angle guide seem reasonably well made.

No kidding, this set saves me $10-15 per chain and saves me at least an hour per chain. Follow the instructions and it works like a charm. My chains are always sharp and it only takes about 10 mins per sharpening for a 14in chain. The files are of decent quality.
