As someone who needs to sit for long periods, this seat cushion came highly recommended by a friend. Initially, it felt a bit unfamiliar, but over time I could feel its firm support for the lower back. Occasionally, I also use it when sitting on the floor. However, since the product emphasizes support, I find it less comfortable to use.That said, for those who sit for extended periods, I would still recommend this product to help correct posture and reduce lower back pain.

For people like me who sit in office for 8 hours, this is a great product to keep you with right posture. It's light and sleek design. Once you sit on it, the curve of the chair will automatically make you sit straight!I love this product!

I had reservations about purchasing this. I thought that it would give too much and snap in half.It has not and I don't think it will.It is really helpful with my posture, and therefore, back pain. It keeps me from slumping. I didn't realize until I looked at the listing that I can use this on soft furniture, like couches, too.Highly recommend.

I work from home so spend a LOT of time on my couch/recliner. Even though that sounds great, I often feel I need something in the small of my back for better support so I don't ruin my posture. I have purchased many of the inflatable cushions for lumbar but somehow they always end up leaking and losing air and I get sick of reinflating or replacing them. I have purchased some firm lumbar pillows but they always shift when I move and constantly need readjusting. I admit when I saw this product upon arrival I thought "there is no way this is going to be comfortable" but I was so wrong. It's perfect even on my soft recliner! When your bottom is on the lower part, the top part hits and supports exactly where you need it to and keeps me sitting comfortably for hours. And even if I shift to the side or change positions in the recliner, it moves with me and stays right where I need the support. I can even totally recline and it's STILL comfortable! Needless to say, VERY impressed and pleased.

I bought this to help alleviate lower back pain caused by bulging & herniated discs. It really really gives sturdy support in just the right place! I use at home, at work and even travel with it on planes. It’s best when placed on a sturdy chair, stool or even the floor. Very lightweight for easy travel too!
