The stirrups came with some sort of goop all over the "silver" .Then the leather on the foot part and top are obnoxiously light colored leather that is dry and thin.

I was disappointed to see a big cut in the leather of my sturrups. Why send something that's damaged?... my saddle is where I work and I work long hours ... that slice will definitely come apart and I'll have to fix it soon.
