Kickstarts Early Mathematics Skills

Ringing up items and making change refines basic math skills like addition and subtraction. It teaches children the value of items and the roll that money plays in purchasing an item. Practicing putting play coins into the cash register and counting up play bills develops number sense as children will learn to recognize patterns as well as learning to count backwards and forwards. This is one fun and educational toy you'll want to cash in on!

It’s incredibly cheap material and unfortunately, it broke on its very first use.

My kids love playing with this wooden cash register. I love that the money it comes with is also wooden so it holds up longer than other brands that come with paper or plastic coins. The addition of the real paper receipt and credit card reader add to the fun. I love that this toy does not contain any batteries or make noises as it add to their imaginative play. My kids have been playing with this toy for over a year and it is still used almost daily and holding up very well.

I like that this product is made of wood. It's cute and my daughter enjoys it. My only complaint is that not all of the money fits in the cash drawer, which makes storage a bit of a pain. Still, we like the product.

We bought this cash register for our 2.5 yo daughter. It's exactly what we hoped it would be! The best part....it does NOT make any noise...parenting win!!!So, it is all wooden. The button depress just fine, and the drawer pulls out easily. I think it's wonderful that the money is also wooden, coins too! Our daughter loves it! We really like to go with wooden toys when possible. So we were thrilled to find this little cash register. I was worried when I saw the box, as it looks really tiny. But upon unboxing, it's really the perfect size for little hands. I do wish the credit cards were a bit bigger, but it's not a big deal. She's been really good about keeping up with the money. She likes to use this along with her play kitchen and food. The only thing we did was put away the roll of paper. We started with it on, and she kept trying to pull it and run, lol. So, we just took the roll off and put it away for later. She is extremely rough with some play...and hard on things. This has held up beautifully. Your littles (and you) won't be disappointed with this...I promise!

I researched a ton of toy cash registers before landing on this particular one. I liked the price point knowing that kids grow out of toys quickly and that eventually I will want a cash register that actually adds numbers when my kids are older. My kids are currently 3 and 18 months. They LOVE THIS! I like that it is wood does not make noise. I wanted something to spark their imaginations for some dramatic play. My 3 year old loves playing grocery store, book store, and restaurant. I like that the number keys actually push in and it includes play money. The money is wooden and looks like it will hold up especially for little destructive hands like my 18 month old. After a few times playing store together, my 3 year old is obsessed with this little toy. He likes the credit card machine, money, and receipt tape. Some reviews mentioned that this toy was too small. It is small, but in my opinion just the right size for toddler hands and I love that it will not take up a ton of space in my house. My few negatives of this toy (if I were to create it!):-Coins are P, N, D, Q which is great, but all of the silver coins are the same size which makes it tricky to actually use this to teach beginning money skills.-The credit cards are small and may be easily lost.-Receipt tape falls out, but I give it another week before the paper has been all used up and this mom does not plan to replace it-credit card machine is attached with a string, but it would have been nice to have a scanner too...It functions fine without and a little creativity can easily solve that. Now stop reading reviews and just buy it! It's adorable and a great wooden toy for your toddler to use for dramatic play.
