Added these to my Aluminum hull boat so that I could add more bumpers for docking to protect the side of my boat. Easy to install, just pre-drill holes and install the screws. Stainless Cleat and screws mean no corrosion and will maintain great looks.

On the smaller size but perfect for attaching to the floating dock or boat for a secure cleat to tie up with.It’s 316 Stainless steel and comes with 4 stainless steel screws. In my application I will attach it to our dock and use it as a secure spot to to tie up.I like the 316 stainless quality and finish. It could also be used to help create a Mariner feeel as a wall or door decoration.

I ordered a 6" Cleat. This cleat has an incredible polished finish to it. It also comes with 4 hefty wood screws. I am using this cleat to secure the top and bottom anchor lines of a vertical sun shade I installed on the side of my deck. The 6" cleat accommodates both ¼" braided lines, and holds them securely in place. These anchor lines are connected to the sun shade with snap hooks. I intend to fasten this to my homemade flagpole in the Spring, to make a better way to hold the flag rope where I put it. Currently, I tie a knot in the rope, and that has had a habit of slipping from time to time. This should stop that.

This is a beautiful boat cleat of the Herreshoff style.I've worked with cleats of all types over the last 30 years and this design is by far the best in my opinion.Everything about it is just right. It's been around for a long time and has become a classic for good reason.These days a lot of companies make them - some are better than others.This one is superb.I ordered the 6 inch model.The finish is like chrome.The insets for screws are great -they will easily accommodate the included wood screws, as well as the right nut-and-bolt hardware if you choose to go that route.This is a beautiful cleat and I expect years of good service from it.

This is a nice cleat. It's very sturdy, not cheap at all.It's highly polished and looks nice.It comes with screws that appear to be stainless, but I'm not certain if they are.I intend to use it outdoors on my fence, but it is certainly good for any marine/boat application.I definitely recommend.
