I wanted something renter friendly to drop my things when I walk in the door. I’d say it looks pretty much exactly like the pictures in terms of size and the value was really good for me. It performs as needed and the quality is what I would expect for the price.I would say the instructions were not the easiest to understand. It took me quite a while because not all the pieces were labeled and the instruction manual didn’t have any words. It only comes with one small monkey wrench (which is as expected), so use a power drill if you want to make assembly much faster. The size works great for me because it doesn’t take up much space and it’s lightweight so it can be adjusted and moved easily around. However, don’t expect something giant. The bench is small-adult/child sized at best.

We just moved and needed a new coat rack and loved the fact that this one has a child size stool! We have a very independant 2 year old and she already loves having a space for her shoes and a little stool. I wanted a hook for my purse and keys and space for my husbands hats and this has it all! I put it together by myself in about 1.5 hours and the only issue I came across was screwing in the hooks. The hooks ended up crooked and I cant for sure say it was user error or not aligned holes to screw them in. Regardless of a crooked hook, this coat rack is great and I 100% recommend it! It is sturdy and doesn't look or feel cheap.

I don't have a coat closet in my house (it's a small house), and my husband, my son, and I all have to share our small walk in closet. I wanted somewhere to be able to store our coats and our everyday shoes easily that would look nice as well. This shoe/coat rack is excellent. It's very sturdy and holds a decent amount of shoes. I have 3 pairs of my sons shoes, he is size 10 in little kids, I have 3 pairs of my shoes stored in the drawer, and my husband has 3 pairs of shoes stored on this rack. It doesn't look cluttered or messy, and we each have one sweatshirt hung up with room for more. I placed this shoe rack at the end of my hallway and I think it looks perfect there. It can be a little wobbly because of it's height, but I secured it with wall anchors, and it's just fine now. I was also able to put my purse on the top shelf which is awesome because I have needed a spot for my purse for years. This rack comes with a bench seat, and it can hold my weight without even making noise (I weigh 140), and my husbands weight (he's probably 180-200lbs).It was very easy to assemble, I did it myself in about an hour. The only cons are that it comes with the bench seat pad, but no way to actually attach it to the seat. That won't work for me because my son likes to take things apart if they aren't nailed down, so I took some double sided carpet tape and stuck in on there, and it hasn't budged. It's comfortable to sit on as well. The other problem was it was missing the bottom piece for the drawer, so I contacted customer service through the company, but they told me that since Amazon fulfilled the order I had to get a hold of them to resolve it. Amazon has made it very difficult to actually speak to customer service now, so I ended up just having them send me a whole replacement shoe rack, and then when it got here, I took out the part I needed and shipped the rest back since the new shoe rack was already disassembled and packed, it made it easier to do it that way, so if anyone has any missing parts, this is what you can do to remedy it quicker.Overall, I love this shoe rack and I would get it again!

I’m missing a place to put a nail in #12 bar. It’s not allowing me to get help with the product. Package is open and product is not used. I just want a replacement for the bar that is defective. I do not want to return the whole product. This isn’t letting me add the pictures either.

This was just as expected. Super cute not super heavy duty. Just four stars, it gets on my nerves how if you don’t anchor it to the wall when sitting the whole structure starts moving.

I just got this put together. I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the packaging. It was very protected. Super easy to put together. Works perfectly where I need it. Quality so far seems like it will last a good bit. For $60 bucks it's way better then I expected. Very happy with my purchase.
