I bought this toy for my son after seeing it at a Japanese festival. My son decided to present a video with this toy at his school festival. He really enjoys it, we always take him to play in the park. I recommend it.

I got this for my teen and he likes it. It is an interesting toy that gets him to put the video games down and play with this, so I would consider it a win. He says it is a lot of fun to try and figure out and his friends seem to like it as well. It has lasted for a couple months now and comes with a mesh bag to store it in when not in use. I am considering getting another one for my other son and I would say its definitely giftable as well.

Learning curve is relatively easy if you are good with hand eye coordination. It took a little bit of practice maybe 30 mins. When I dropped this it wasn't so high so it hasn't cracked yet. I wouldn't try to toss it up high in the air though and miss of course.As for tutorials, there weren't any other than basics such as balance and adjustment. The instructions refer to you look at youtube videos, which I did before receiving the toy. If you want to keep your child busy and focused on something aside from technology items, this will do. They can also stay pretty fit playing with this. Even after 20 mins of juggling the yoyo, my arms were tiring out.

Gave this to my 11 year old for Christmas. It wasn't long before she figured out how to do tricks with this yoyo. Great for beginners
