Not happy with how tight it fits. It’s hard on my hand to put it around the pan. It seems too small for a 9 inch springform pan. When I put it on it doesn’t look like the picture.

Product worked great. Used when baking a cheese cake and it kept water out so the crust did not come out soggy.

The standard springform is 9 inches. This is only 8 inches. Had to return it. It is a good product though!!

If you're making cheesecake, this is definitely a worthwhile purchase. At a friend's request, I made my first strawberry cheesecake from a NYT Cooking recipe. When I was searching for a springform pan, I saw this. It seemed like a good idea in theory, so I got it and used a water bath. The cheesecake turned out great for my first attempt. My friend enjoyed it. It was so worth it to not have to worry about water infiltrating the pan, ruining my efforts and wasting food.

I use it to cover my spring form pan so water doesn't leak in to my cheesecake during the water bath
