I got this mostly for everything but the tweezers. I already have a nice set of long handled tweezers. I loved the black stainless look, and was excited to try a professional pair of pin bone tweezers rather than garage pliers, but I stupidly didn’t read everything, and assumed that stainless things would be fine in the dishwasher. If you look at my attached pictures, you’ll see the discoloration marks on the handles now. So these should DEFINITELY be hand washed, but I think that’s rubbish. If you’re using these as a home chef, you don’t want a load of hand washables every night. And 4 different tweezers, on top of the fish ones, is excessive to me. I’ve seen other sets with more tools and spoons with 1 - 2 tweezers. But, if tweezers are your thing, and so is hand washing, then this might be your item. The vegan-like leather bag is a nice way to store these, and the ties allow you wear it around your waist as a tool belt, which I really like.

This is a very nice set of plating tools. It comes with 9 pieces. These are stainless-steel overlaid with titanium. They are not dish-washer safe, but make plating an ease. I would recommend these as a gift or for your own use.

El producto en sí es bueno pero lo compré para un regalo y llegó dañado el embalaje la caja llegó rota mojada al igual que el nailon de la envoltura por lo cual me tendré que quedar con el producto no suelo devolver las cosas aunque debería por qué la verdad es un detalle bien feo recibir un producto para obsequiar y recibirlo así

My son is in culinary school so I ordered this plating kit for him to practice his plating skills. He was excited to receive this and loves all the different tools included. This should help give him a leg up in school! I am pleased with the tools and quality included in this kit. I would recommend.
