1. Fast-- faster than others. With online recipes, shorten the time a couple, or few minutes.2. Easy clean & tray is easy to lift out & insert. (And, is labelled UP! How great is that? No confusion.)3. Easy to learn the basics with the How To guide.4. The window was a mandate for me. Some fryers don't have one.5. Long enough for whole strips of bacon, the pork loin that I cooked, and 5 chicken thighs. (Note: uh... not all at the same time. ;-) )6. Would purchase again.7. Would recommend to others.NOTE: * Don't use cooking sprays. Use regular oils and just give your food a light coating of oil before putting in the basket.* Also, doesn't come with a recipe book. Plenty of recipes online, however.* Once you pre-heat the basket, it's hot inside of it. Be careful when putting in the food!

The package was heavily taped as if opened, the basket interior light doesn't function and product was missing the basket divider. I used the product once but would like to have the light working and a basket divider...can this be returned or repaired?

After having one of these and worrying about countertop space, we could not do without this. I think every employer should have something like this in their breakrooms outside a microwave. If you want reheated French fries, chicken nuggets or strips and don't want the sogginess of a microwave, get one of these bad boys. Totally different way to reheat leftovers or warm up some food

Very nice looking compact Air Fryer. Fits in my cabinet nicely 10" wide. Has the basic functions (bake, airfry, etc) and it's a large enough basket for family size meals. Haven't cooked enough meals to provide an overall view of the fryer.

No le doy la quinta estrella porque la caja llegó muy maltratada y dude que fuera nueva. Trae uno que otro rayón, pero viene sellada y funciona muy bien.

I had my first issue today with my air fryer and came here to see when I bought it, if I had warranty, etc. I notice they changed the front panel design on these, so apparently I am reviewing the previous model the 3.5qt.I noticed a few weeks ago when I pulled the tray out in the middle of a cooking cycle it would not turn itself off like it used to - I figured there was some gunk in there somewhere because I literally never clean anything but the basket and I use it several times a week, and have for 3 years now. It's a key component to losing weight in my opinion, tilapia and chicken cooked without any additional fats in a skillet, make roasted potatoes with just a spritz of aerosol fat spray.Anyway, today I couldn't get any display on the panel. Though the GFCI tripped, but no the outlet was good. No matter what I did the panel did not light up. Saw a video on youtube with a somewhat similar problem and the guy removed the bottom and found a microswitch for the basket, so I removed the bottom and tested the microswitch with my meter, and it had failed. It's a $7 part online, I was able to get one free at a local appliance parts place because of nice people in the holiday spirit. It's fixed now. I hope to get another several years out of it, I use it very regularly and am very happy with it, and now I'm more educated on how to fix it in the future to keep it around.Personally, I'd prefer manual controls because if the touch display goes, i'm out of luck and can't fix it, but 3 years strong and zero issues with them yet.

Me gustó mucho, yo barnicé mis tortitas de pollo y las puse a 375° por 15 minutos, y las estuve volteando ya cuando eran 9 minutos y me quedaron muy ricas, crujientes, como no usa nada de grasa la freidora, queda un poco seco. Recomiendo que se hagan un caldito de sopa y metan ahí sus tortitas de pollo o algo así depende su comida que vayan hacer. Es mi sugerencia. Me gustó mucho, anímense a comprar, es fácil e intuitivo de usar.
