テスト環境マザーボード ASUS ROG-STRIX-X99CPU Xeon-E5-1620V4OS Windows7（あえてNVMe非対応のOS）SSD MMOMENT 256GB PCIe Gen3x4 最大読取り速度：2000MB/s、最大書込み速度：1000MB/sケーブル DiLinKer 50cm HD Mini-SAS(SFF-8643) から U.2 (SFF-8639) NVMe SSDケーブルマザーボードのUEFIで認識しているのを確認後、Win7インストールしようとするも、Win7にはNVMeのドライバがないためインストールできず。ドライバを入れればいいらしが旨くいかず断念。ほかのSSDへインストール。Win8.1以降なら問題ないはず。OSインストール後、NVMeドライバをインストール、無事認識し管理画面から初期化。速度測定、SSDの最大読取り速度：2000MB/s、最大書込み速度：1000MB/sを超える。U.2の32Gbpsの通信速度は優秀なので、SSDの限界まで出てる感じですね。十分満足な結果。ダメな点として、ケースが安っぽく、すぐにネジ穴がダメになるので注意が必要。そもそもPCIe 3.0迄だから、廃熱は考えられていないっぽいが、蓋が金属製なのでサーマルパッドを張ればなんとかなりそうかな。安定性、耐久性はまだわからないので無評価。使いやすさは周辺機器の少なさ、特に対応マザーボードが数種しかないことと、複数接続できるHBAカードが国内に無いこと（輸入ならあり）追記：いろいろ接続を試した結果SATA：×SAS：エンクロージャーのスロット× HBA直結でも×U.2接続：〇私の環境ではこんな結果でした。

Perfect and installed in minutes. If your computer is updated the driver will load itself making installation seamless. It took longer to find my screwdriver that to install the card.

I could never get my Windows 10 computer to recognize this device. The manufacturer of my computer did some research and believes that in general, Windows 10 needs PCIe devices, not PCI devices. The process of trying to work through the technical issues with the seller was polite but slow and painful. I eventually returned the item for a refund.
