These bead caps are really well made and durable. The gold plating has a nice gold color to them, not too brassy in color. The plating seems to hold up well to daily wear also. My only complaint is that the package has an odd number of each bead cap and I prefer them to be in pairs, works better for my jewelry designs. But if you purchase two packages, it works out fine. It's a good value for the number and quality of bead caps provided in the package as well.
