This is a pretty solid binder for the price. The materials are semi soft; not as soft as swim knit fabric, but much softer than crunchy elastic binders. That said, it's double layered so a little less breathable than some, but that's the tradeoff for what it is.It's not very elastic at all; this means it makes for a very unified shape and solid binding but higher discomfort. It does flatten the chest pretty well.I would say if you're just first starting with chest binding, start softer with less compression just to get used to it, then move onto this kind, lastly to a more professionally designed one that may be more expensive but blends comfort and compression better.That said, there are worse ones out there.PLEASE NOTE: I'm heavyset, 42D-DD, 230lbs. XL was VERY HARD to fit into. If they have XXL, I'd go for that. Had minor panic trying to get out of it haha.

Binders aren’t typically meant for activities like sports etc. anything that gets you moving. But I wear this to work where I lift a lot of weight, and it’s the most comfortable and breathable binder I’ve owned. The bottom elastic is a big loose and doesn’t fit my waist but it give me breathing room.

This fits perfectly. I have bought at least 10 different brands wasting money because they roll up, make weird parts of my back bulge out or dont squeeze tightly enough. This was the BEST by far. About to buy all the colors but had to review first. Fast shipping, great product.

don’t get me wrong, for the price it was good but it doesn’t hold together very well. it started to become mesh and very loose and stretchy in the back and it shouldn’t have. it wasn’t the most comfortable thing but it’s a binder so that was expected. it worked good in the beginning but now it’s just not the greatest. it wore down faster than it should have

With the claims on most "shapewear" I was not expecting much, but it totally does what it claims, smoothing out the curves and comfortably compacts my b cup breasts very well.

Its literally the worst when it comes to binding your chest. I have a smaller chest too and fairly easy to binder with other brands (underworks is my fave). But it is soft and comfortable to wear so 2 stars
